Prayer is how we stay close to God. It’s how we make Him part of our everyday lives and involve Him in the things we care about.

God is our mighty, loving, heavenly father and we are His children. How can we not cry out to Him? Prayer shouldn’t be the last thing we do, or even the first; it should run through every single thing we do.
