Developing A Godly Relationship With Money

DAY 3 OF 7

Money Law #1: Giving and Receiving

Money, like any other aspect of life, is governed by laws. Like anything else in this life, God has put principles that if you follow them, certain things will happen concerning money. There are certain things that if you do them, money will surely follow them.

The first law that governs money is the law of Giving and receiving. This law is misunderstood by most. The law of giving and receiving does not just apply to give money to receive money as most people have purported. This law is a universal law that states that when you give you shall receive. Therefore, if you need money, you will receive value back. This is supported by scripture in many places, but Luke in chapter 6 verse 38 has put it very clear. When you add value, you shall receive value, and this value comes to you stored in a paper, coin or number in the Bank, which we call money.

To have more money two things are critical. You need to add value, and you need to make sure the quality and quantity of the value you add is what you want to receive. The quality and quantity of value you put out there is what will determine what will come back to you. Some people complain about how poor they are, but do not check the quantity and quality of the value they are producing if they are producing any value at all. If you produce high-quality value, to a lot of people, you will receive a lot of value trapped in something we call money. It is all about giving Value and receiving value back. The more value you give, the more you receive

About this Plan

Developing A Godly Relationship With Money

This is a reading plan on how to develop a healthy relationship with money. Money is a subject that most "good" people don't want to engage because it is associated with a lot of bad things. While others have used money for evil, most money is used for good. We interact with it everyday and yet few people take time to develop a healthy relationship with it. It is wise to develop a good understanding of this important subject.
