Jesus is our everything, therefore people are our heart, because people are His heart. If God so loved the world, so should we. As Christians, we don't want to be people who avoid the broken; we want to be people who run towards the broken. When others look over people in need, we stop and show mercy.
Jesus is the perfect example of loving people. God sees us because He's looking for us and is moved to compassion! Once Jesus sees us, saves us, and restores us, it's our turn to care for others. Love should always lead to action.
