It's impossible to hide our sin from God. Sometimes we are foolish enough to think that if we don't acknowledge our sin it won’t interfere with our relationship with God. But the Scriptures teach us the opposite. Keeping sin hidden gives it power, but when we bring our sin into the light and confess it to God, then we can find freedom and victory over the power of sin and shame.
