Sex: Design. Distortion. Redemption.Sample

Remember:
- Deviating from God’s original design for sexuality can bring incredible sorrow and loss.
- Our poor decisions and personal failures to live according to God’s will result in consequences that negatively affect more people than just ourselves, especially when it comes to sexual sin.
- You are not alone. Everyone struggles and is in need of grace. God has surrounded us with people to walk alongside with and encourage one another in our fight against sin that usually isolates us.
Pray:
Father, You are perfect and holy. I confess that my sin and failures have not only resulted in broken relationships with other people around me, but they’ve also created a wedge between us. Thank You for the forgiveness that Jesus freely offers me. Thank you for restoring our relationship through Jesus’s death and resurrection. I pray that You would redeem my brokenness and help me to walk in the light and in close community with other believers.
Memorize:
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God…” - Romans 3:23
About this Plan

God designed people as physical, emotional, and spiritual beings. In this reading plan, we want to better understand human sexuality from God’s Design, to the Distortions we encounter, and the Redemption we can experience.
