Love God Greatly: Faithful Love Sample

I want to be a wise woman. And I know that the only way to be wise is by knowing and living God´s Word every single day.
The wise woman will see that message throughout the Book of Hosea. She will understand that in His mercy, God offers a wonderful opportunity for repentance and restoration and that it is dangerous and foolish to neglect that invitation.
Even in the midst of promised judgment, the wise and understanding woman sees that the ways of the LORD are right and that every announcement of judgment is an invitation to repentance.
“The foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” (1 Corinthians 1:25) God was at His most “foolish” and very “weakest” at the cross, but it was infinitely wiser and stronger than anything man could do. Salvation is not the achievement of human wisdom; it is the embrace of God’s act of love at Calvary. And that love never ends.
Heavenly Father, help me be a wise woman and walk securely in Your arms. Help me choose You always. Amen.
About this Plan

Faithful love. Covenant promise. Everlasting commitment. Not only do these words describe the relationship of God to His people, but they describe the relationship of Hosea to his wife, Gomer. Hosea reminds us that God is a covenant keeping God. His faithful love pursues His people, His promises remain steadfast, and His commitment remains sure. This story offers encouragement and hope, showing how God’s faithful love pursues us.
