Have you ever been having a great day . . . that is until you logged on to social media and saw something said about you? Just like that, your whole day was ruined! 

It’s easy to let what other people say or do determine our mood and feeling for the rest of the day. It’s actually completely normal! But that doesn’t make it any easier to handle when it happens. In today’s verse though, Paul reminds us that those moments don’t have to wreck our days. We can keep going and keep living for God—on good days and bad days. Even when the things people say feel like they could ruin us, it doesn’t have to ruin how we see God. And it certainly doesn’t have any effect on how God sees us! 

Decide today how you can live for God, even when other people say or do things that make it difficult.
