Yesterday we read of how Jesus came into the world and lived and walked among us. Today we are looking at the very first miracle Jesus performed, this is crucial as the first represents the beginning, this is the tone and pattern Jesus was setting, His first impression to the world.
The pattern Jesus set was a pattern of transformation, the tone of His ministry, the outworking of His glory was one of transformation. We see here in this story that it is God’s heart to take the ordinary and make it extraordinary. To take our broken lives and make them whole.
Not only is it a pattern of transformation, but it’s a pattern of abundance. God is our great provider and He always goes above and beyond everything we could ask, think or imagine!
