Love God Greatly: To Do Justice, To Love Kindness, To Walk HumblySample
Micah knew that their enemies wouldn't prevail forever. He trusted God and knew that, despite the darkness that was coming towards them, they would see light in the future. God would be their light. Judah would certainly fight against a powerful enemy. But who is more powerful than God?
These verses remind me to Psalm 27:1-3 “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When evildoers assail me to eat up my flesh, my adversaries and foes, it is they who stumble and fall. Though an army encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, yet I will be confident.”
Whom shall we fear? We have a powerful enemy who is constantly thinking about how he can damage us. He is full of schemes and uses them against us in different ways. But Satan is a defeated enemy. His weapons won't prevail against us. The Lord is our light and our salvation, we shall not fear!
Oh Lord, You defend me against my earthly enemies, those who do wrong against me, and You also defend me against my spiritual enemy. I thank You because You light up the darkness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

About this Plan
We are surrounded by injustice and pain. We see it not only in our world but also in our own lives and it can be disheartening and overwhelming. But we are not without hope. This is what Micah is all about. He is not afraid to get in our face about some hard topics like sin and judgement.
