The Call To FreedomSample
John 8:36
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
Freedom from the approval of man.
As Jesus walked the earth, He had nothing to prove to those around Him; He knew exactly who He was. Whenever you know who you are, you will spend less time trying to convince those around you that you are significant. Jesus knew He had an assignment and was resolute to see that He continued about His father's business. Even when He was in a place of weakness and was tempted to prove He was the Son of God, He stayed the course. Jesus was even tempted to ascend before His appointed time but being free from the need to prove himself, He acknowledged His time had not yet come. "For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ." (Galatians 1:10).
Action Step: Focus on pleasing God and not about proving yourself to man. "For he who in this way serves Christ is acceptable to God and approved by men." (Romans 14:18).
Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to discern Your voice over my own insecurities. Lead me and guide me in the truth of Your word and guard me against deception. Thank You for giving me peace amid storms in Jesus' name. Amen

About this Plan
This plan is about answering God's call for believers to walk in total freedom. In a world where there is so much to be entangled by, we must hold fast to the freedom we have in Christ Jesus. There are chains waiting for us to entangle ourselves to performance, people pleasing, busyness, religion, and idols of the heart. We must strive to abide in the freedom in Jesus
