Whatsoever Things You DesireSample
Let God Lead Your Heart.
“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Mark 11:24 KJV
When you pray and commune with God, He will direct your path. Seek God and let Him lead your heart. When you pray, seek His Counsel and instruction. Surrender to His Will and let Him lead the desires of your Heart. As you begin to meditate and focus on digesting God’s Word, He will shine His Light on your life and guide your path. He is the Blueprint. Follow His Plan. Surrender to His Will.
When you pray, you’re building your relationship with God and allowing Him to develop the underdeveloped areas of your life. Pray. Seek God and submit your heart to Him. Lay in His Presence and sit at His feet as He transforms every area of your heart. Let God heal the past and let Him produce the fruit that He wants to develop through you.
As you examine Mark 11:24 KJV and study the scriptures prior to this verse, Jesus curses a fig tree in Mark 11:14 KJV because it did not bear fruit. The fig tree had leaves and had shown signs of maturity, but when Jesus approaches the tree — the tree was barren. The tree was fruitless. Once Jesus saw that the tree was in a sense “faking” and that it was not fruitful, but had leaves, He said the following words to the tree, “And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.”
Notice the words, “And Jesus answered”. What a powerful statement. Think about it, “And Jesus answered”... remember that Jesus was answering a tree. Trees do not speak. But Jesus’ response indicates that a prior question had been asked. What question was Jesus answering? What was Jesus responding to? Jesus was answering or responding to the tree’s deception. The seemingly “fruitful” tree showed signs of productivity and maturity when in fact it needed to be developed.
Trust your process. Don’t “front” for the approval of others. Go through your process. Let God develop you. God will produce His fruit through you when it’s time. Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV states there is a time for everything. There is a time to learn and there is a time to grow. Let God prune the areas that need pruning. When you are pruned you’re able to produce more excellent fruit. Submit to God’s process and pruning so that you can develop fruit that reflect His Heart. Let God develop you.
