The Lord Is My ShepherdSample

He Maketh Me To Lie Down.
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for the phrase, “Maketh me to lie down” is, ‘rabats’ (H7257) which means, “To stretch oneself out, to lie down, lie stretched out, to cause to lie down.” When you surrender to God, He will cause you to lie down. When the Lord is your Shepherd, Master, Teacher and Ruler, you will not lack, you shall be filled and satisfied because He will cause you to lay down and stretch out in green thriving pastures.
His Word is flourishing. His pastures is pure. The Shepherd’s pasture satisfies. Let His Word Satisfy you. Let His Power fill every void in your life. Let God’s Word keep you and protect you. Let His Word Shepherd you. Let God’s Word cause you to lie down, stretch out, and rest in His Pastures of Peace.
Let God give you peace in the middle of the storm. Let His joy fill your heart. Let the joy of the Lord be your Strength. Let His Word be your buckler. Let His Word lead you by the still waters. Let His Word lead and still your heart.
