Prayer Walk A CampusSample
Pray, Plan, Proceed
Martin Luther once said that he was "too busy not to pray". Prayer is a powerful tool to use in your life, and has the ability to change the lives of others. But for many, it seems hard to grasp. The most difficult part about the discipline of prayer is actually doing it!. Why? For many, we get so caught up in the day to day activities of our lives that we forget to talk to God. Gregg Matte has found a method to make prayer a huge part of his everyday life.Listen to Gregg |
Starting your day in prayer is a great way to give your day over to God. You can then plan out the day and proceed with your day's activities. This gives a perspective of spending your day with God in the center of all your actions and decisions. You may also find you spend more time talking with Him throughout the day. Prayer walks are an example of spending time with God through taking time to pray for the things and people that come across your path. Prayer walks can easily be added into your everyday routine. We already walk places anyways, why not make it a productive time that brings you closer to the Lord!

About this Plan
Today's college students will become tomorrow's leaders. Yet many of our nation's college campuses do not have a focused Christian ministry. We want to change that. The Every Campus movement sees prayer walks as a key to bringing students to Christ. This five-day plan provides you audio stories from people who have had a campus prayer focus. You can use this plan to help prepare you do the same.
