Epic (Part 3): The Storyline Of The BibleSample

Way back in Genesis, God promised Abraham he would make his descendants as numerous as the sand on the seashore and bless them with land. Here we see both of those promises kept. In addition, we are told of Solomon’s wealth and wisdom.
God will always do what he promises; not always as soon as we would like, but he will do it. I’m sure Abraham wasn’t expecting 400 years of slavery to get there, but that was God’s plan.

About this Plan

This is part three of a four part plan to read the books of the Bible that tell of the historical events. Although the Bible contains many stories, it is one epic story of God’s interactions with humanity. One day per week can be used to catch up on missed readings or for reflection. Notes are also included to assist with understanding.
