Reading the Bible in Historical Sequence Part 11Sample

Jesus agonizes in Gethsemane, is arrested by temple police and is brought before the chief priest overnight, with much confusion. Peter denies Him. Jesus admits He is the Christ and is ill treated by temple ruffians.
Note Mark 14:51–52: Only Mark mentions this incident. The last ‘supper’ may have been held in his parents’ Jerusalem home. He was probably a teenager at the time and may have covered himself with a sheet and followed Jesus and the disciples into the night.
