The Domino EffectSample

In Acts 7, Stephen is put on the stand, and he is asked to defend himself. If your boss, a random stranger or your kids asked you to defend why you follow Jesus, what would you say? Do you think it would convince them? Yes, you could share with them your personal journey with Jesus. Some people call this your testimony or story. And yes, your testimony carries a lot of weight, but Stephen goes back to the beginning and chronicles the journey God had with a bunch of people.
Many of us do a great job telling the story of us individually, but do you know the story of God? God is way bigger than our individual story. That is why we have the Bible, and we are able to see how God weaves in and out of people’s lives, different generations, and movements. To create a domino effect you need to know your story and the story of God.

About this Plan

You’ve heard of the domino effect, right? The term is used to describe when one event sets off a chain reaction of other events.. Is your life, your choices and your commitments creating a domino line? Our mission and call as believers in Jesus is to continue to build our domino line so generation after generation will be able to proclaim the name of Jesus.
