Understanding with the HeartSample

In Genesis 12:1-9, Abram is invited on a new life journey with God. God promises him new land, empowerment, provision, a great name, protection and more. But the promises God made to Abram were just teasers to the real reward. God's intensions toward Abram were bigger than anything Abram could measure.
It's like being invited to the party of a very generous host. On the invitation it may say things like, "Music, Food & Fun," but when you get there, you find out that music, food and fun aren't the only benefits. There are free gifts, people to meet and much more.
God's invitation to Abram in Genesis 12 is just that: an invitation. As Abram follows the voice of God and journeys away from everything he has known, he finds out that there is way more to God's party than what the invitation hinted to.
In this devotional, we're going to discover what Abram found out about the uniqueness of God's invitations.
