Freestyle, just as life itself, consists of risks that we can’t always control. Just like a good, consistent training helps me to limit the dangers at a competition, in the same way, Jesus helps me deal with my fears. Knowing God empowers me to find my fortune at successful competitions and gives me purpose and sense in my everyday life. I can confirm that I am most alive when I purposely live with Jesus. I learn daily that God only has the best in mind for me even when it doesn’t always turn out the way that I want it to. 

My favorite bible verse is, “For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” (Isaiah 41:13).

Action Step

God also wants to encounter YOU. Invite the Holy Spirit to read the bible passage with you and expect that he will speak to you. Trust that God will show you the steps you should take in your own life. Ask Him for strength and courage to follow his voice.
