Delight In The Lord. 

“Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.” Psalms‬ ‭37:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Choose to delight in the Lord. Surrender your heart to Christ. Let Christ align your ways with His Heart. Let your desires reflect the Character of His Heart. Let Christ lead your footsteps. Let Christ lead and develop your character. Choose to surrender to Christ. Choose to delight in Him. Choose to delight in His Word. 

According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for, “Delight” is, ‘anag’ (H6026) which means, “To be soft, be delicate, to be happy about, to take exquisite delight.” Let your heart desire His Word. Let your heart crave His Word. Let your heart be soft towards His Way of doing things. Apply His Word and let His Word lead and guide your heart. 

Psalm‬ ‭37:4‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ declares, “Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart.” When you surrender to Christ, He will lead and transform every aspect of your heart. Let Christ give you the desires of His Heart. Let your heart reflect His Way. Let your heart reflect His Pattern. 

Psalms‬ ‭37:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬ declares, “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.” Choose to crave what God craves. Let His Word lead your life. Crave His Way of doing things in every season of life.
