When Crisis HitsSample
COMMUNICATE WITH THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU
As a leader, communication is just as important in a time of crisis as it is in a time of growth and success. Don’t think you can handle the disaster or tragedy by yourself. Let others know; share the load. Remember also that successful communication is based on good listening skills. To lead through a crisis, you must be able to effectively communicate.
First, you must truly believe that communicating the vision is important. Secondly, you must communicate so people can understand. Be clear. Be concise. Be correct. The third component of importance in communication is how you deliver your message. You must convey optimism, hope and inspiration. And finally, you must communicate publicly. Let me tell you this. When you have a vision burning within you, just talk about it. Your own passion and dedication to that vision will show, and people will know they are following a leader with a purpose.

About this Plan
One thing about life that we absolutely know: life, work, business, churches - consist of imperfect people, and where there are imperfect people, there will be a crisis. So, either you are in a crisis, or you just came out of one, or you will be in one…. and the key is to know what to do. This plan will provide you direction for when the unexpected happens.
