A Life That Shines
Observation
- The life we were created for is found in Jesus. A life that trusts Jesus is like a light, and light always defeats darkness. A light also helps people see what’s around them in the dark. In the same way when we follow Jesus, we have the opportunity to help people see the goodness of God.
Take a Moment
- Take a moment to find the darkest room in your house. With the room completely dark, turn on a flashlight. Notice no matter how dark it is, when the light appears, it overcomes the darkness.
Pray and ask God for two things:
1) That you would allow the light of Jesus into any darkness in your life
2) That God would help you share that light with the people in your life
