Cleanse & Purify With Dr. BobSample

Changing Your Oil
When you hear or see the word “oil”, many different connotations and images may come into your mind. During the time of the Bible, oil was given as an expensive gift, used for purification, to anoint and heal, and of course, prepare meals. In Psalms, David shares that the Lord anoints his head with oil, and because of this, he has more than enough for his daily needs. To have your head anointed with oil signified God’s chosen vessel and the Holy Spirit’s presence.
Just as we need the Holy Spirit's presence with us each and every day, we also need the right oils to help keep us healthy. When you are in the kitchen cooking, it is best to use oils like olive, coconut, rice, or even avocado oil, which has healthy fats. Your body also needs important omega-3 oils that help your brain and skin and can be found in wild salmon, walnuts, and flaxseed. During a time of purification and physical healing, castor oil can help aid your body, especially through a hot castor oil pack. Today as your pray, ask God for His anointing to help guide and heal you and for more oil suggestions, go here.
