 Day 28: Refreshes My Soul

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul. Psalm 23:1-3

As we intentionally plan to rest during the Sabbath this week, releasing work for income and spending time with God, family and community, let’s ask the Lord to refresh our souls. 

ACTION: This may mean that we have to stop and lie down in the grass or go rest beside a lake or ocean. Tackling racism is exhaustive work, therefore, rest as needed and recharge in Him. 

PRAYER

Lord, You are my shepherd. I lack nothing. You make me lie down in green pastures. You lead me beside still waters. You restore my soul. Please take care of me and my loved ones, in Jesus’s Name, Amen.
