Unimaginable Grace

Why do we do all of this?

Why build the church? Why go to church? Why be the church? Why do we gather and go into the world as partners in God’s restorative work?

Because of grace, because of hope, because of love.

Because Jesus came to show us that God so loves the whole world. Because of the way Jesus lived, taught, died, and was raised to reveal the unstoppable life-giving power of knowing God.

Because while we were still missing the mark, and lost trying to make life work without God, Christ gave His life for us.

And so my friends choose to foster and adopt. My pastor passionately shares the good news every week. I work toward peace in the community and learn to parent my children with wisdom, humility, and grace at home.
