7 Days of Rest (Part 4)Sample

Day 2 — THE POWER OF GOD’S PRESENCE
The presence of God makes all the difference in our lives! True peace and rest are not the absence of problems and storms, but rather the presence of God during those problems and storms. David said, "You prepare a table for me in the presence of my enemies." (Psalm 23:5) We don't have to worry and scurry to get rid of all our enemies before we have peace. We can sit at the table of God's presence no matter what is going on in our lives. We can come boldly into His presence through the precious blood of Jesus. (Hebrews 10:19) You are the temple of the Holy Spirit. He lives in you! God's presence goes where you go—so there's nothing to fear! His presence goes before you. He’s already been to your tomorrow. He’s been to your future, and He will meet you there, where He has already made it ready for you!
