Navigating TransitionSample

Transition
Lord, thank you that Your presence goes with me on this journey of transition, guiding, protecting, and comforting me.
Transition is the psychological journey that takes place as a result of change or anticipated change. It involves the inner re-orientation and self-redefinition that we have to go through in order to incorporate any changes into our life. It consists of four phases: (1) Signals of Change, (2) Ending Well, (3) Disorientation, and (4) Reorientation. God always accompanies and guides us on the inner journey of transition. Hence prayer is vital in navigating transition and we have incorporated the specific prayer practices of Examen, Welcoming Prayer, and Reflective Journaling into this process.
