Day Twenty-Two: Acts 2:1-3

This week we are looking at Revelation chapter 6 - the vision of people from every tribe, tongue, and nation following the lamb of God.  Is this a scene from heaven that shows us how diverse God's people are?  Does it make us feel like we need to have a more racially and ethnically diverse church?  Or is the scene more focused on the fact that the lamb has people from all over the world - that the common denominator is the Messiah.

How do you read it?

Enjoy this week as we look at this topic of racial diversity.
 

1. Pray for God to teach you something.

2. Read the passage.

3. Re-read the passage 2 or three times and take note of what jumps out at you.

4. Record your thoughts in your journal.

5. Take one idea with you into your day - repeating it to yourself as you pray for and enter your day.

Bring your journals with you to group to take notes and share your thoughts.
