I’ve Got News for YouSample

When we continually focus on the things in front of us, it is easy to become overwhelmed by the size of our battles. Although we may feel discouraged, we can find hope in God’s sovereignty. We may lose some battles, but we have ultimately won the war.
King Jehoshaphat was able to celebrate victory before the victory because he understood that the belief and trust in God is eternal. When we believe in God and put our eyes on him, our perspective shifts. We can see that he is bigger than any problem that we face.
The best response to a negative season is to put our eyes on God, and to magnify him so that he is larger than the problems that we face. When we put our eyes on a God bigger than our problems, He seems huge and our problems in comparison are small.
