ManifestHER Daily: Becoming Fully CommittedSample

One of my first cars was a Sterling 825, and it was a horrible car! This car was manufactured by the same company as Range Rover, but it was nothing close to a Range Rover! Not only was it constantly breaking down, but once, it caught on fire while I was driving it!

One day, it wouldn’t start no matter what I did. However, this time was my own fault because I hadn’t put gas in it. It really didn’t matter how bad the car was if I didn’t put in it the one thing that it needed to run.

The engine needed an input (gas), so it could provide me with an output (movement). In the same way, there is a divine ecosystem working harmoniously around you all the time that needs both inputs and outputs.

A healthy ecosystem must have both inlets and outlets. There is a spiritual, divine ecosystem of inputs and outputs happening around us all the time.

This divine ecosystem is based on Luke 6:38, which says, “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back." It is a promise of God! What you input in life will produce your output.

To participate in the divine ecosystem of giving and receiving, you must first give. Here are a few Biblical examples:

• In John 11, Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead. Mary and Martha received a miracle in that their brother was raised from the dead! But before that, in Luke 10, Mary and Martha had opened their home to Jesus to teach—they gave before receiving the miracle!
• In Mark 16:19, after Jesus had spoken to the disciples, He was taken up into heaven, and He sat at the right hand of God. But before that, He gave His presence, His miracles, His teaching, and, ultimately, Jesus gave his life—He gave before receiving the miracle.

Do you see the pattern? Each person was able to receive because they first gave. There was an outflow to them because there was first an inflow.

Goals will always be achieved when you keep God in the center. Remember to continue going through Him, and keep positioning yourself to give. Become fully committed and every goal God has for you will be done according to His will!
