What Dream has God Put in Your Heart?

 As we work our way through this crazy thing called life, we can at times be unsure as to whether we’re heading along the right path or whether what we’re doing is even in line with what God might long for and desire in our lives. 

After nine years working for a humanitarian charity in disaster zones, Ed and his wife Rachel found themselves back the UK. The verses from Isaiah which had been so relevant, inspirational, and life-giving during Ed’s time in Sudan, felt very different at home. 

But a chance encounter with a homeless man on a park bench one day started the very beginning of a tiny dream which would one day become Hope into Action. As this man shared his story with Ed, there was frustration that the church was seemingly doing nothing to address the huge homeless issue their town. 

As Ed walked away from the man that day, God placed a need and a desire in Ed’s heart for things to be different.
