Have you ever seen a team compete in an obstacle course? The goal is to have every team reach the finish line by getting through each obstacle in the shortest amount of time. The team works together. They help push each other so that everyone can reach the goal. As followers of Jesus, we should work in the same way. We’re all on one team working toward one goal together: to serve and to love others as Jesus did for us. That means we put the needs and interests of others before our own. It’s not always easy, but when we work together and encourage each other to keep going, we can do something big for others! Today, talk to your small group about how you can work to serve others together.
