Bible for AllSample
The knowledge of God’s amazing grace and His generosity spurs us towards action(James 2:21,22). Knowing more about God’s goodness and His unchanging character moves us to the challenge of bringing our brothers and sisters in the faith God’s Word (MT 28:19,20). Knowing the Bible has the power to transform hearts and nations, our challenge is to see it in the homes of every family around the globe.
How can we do this?
How can I bring a Bible to a believer on the other side of the world?
Ending Bible Poverty is a multi-faceted effort that cannot be accomplished by any single effort or person (Jn 17:23). Prayer is always step one. Pray for your heart to be broken for our brothers and sisters without Bibles. Step 2 is to continue to renew your mind (Rm 12:2) and to be filled with God’s Word yourself. As we grow deeper in our relationship with Jesus, it will move us into more action on His behalf.
The third and final step is research where you can serve in the global effort of Ending Bible Poverty Now! Just in the same way we would tell the unbeliever about the love of Jesus and His redeeming power, we must share with our Christian brothers and sisters the reality of how many people live without any access to God’s Word. Start with prayer, invest in your relationship with Jesus through the reading of His Word, and exercise your faith by telling everyone about the need to End Bible Poverty Now!
