Love God Greatly - EcclesiastesSample

SOAP – Ecclesiastes 7:11-12; Solomon makes a number of comparisons. It is his observation that the end is better than the beginning, patience is better than pride, the present is better than the past, and wisdom is better than wealth. Wisdom gives life. Believers are told that if we lack wisdom, we should ask God for it, and it will be given to us. The first place to seek wisdom is in God's Word. Then, in order to be profitable, we must correctly apply and share the knowledge found in His Word in love.

About this Plan

In this eight-week Online Ecclesiastes Bible Study at Love God Greatly, our questions regarding the meaning of life will lead us to Solomon’s wise conclusion: that in order for one to find meaning, purpose, and satisfaction in life, he or she must know God. To know the Lord, to love Him, fear Him, follow Him, and find our identity in Him is what frees us to enjoy the temporal gifts in this life and to look beyond those gifts to life everlasting.
