Prayer & Fasting: The Sauce Sample

Take a moment to wash off your day. Grab a pen and paper in expectation of having a heart to heart conversation with your Heavenly Father.  Rid your mind of distractions, overwhelming feelings and thoughts, and the busyness that comes with our daily lives and intentionally choose to lean into God’s presence. 

• What is God speaking to you today about spiritual growth? 
• How will your spiritual growth affect those around you? 
• What commitment will you make today to grow spiritually? 
• What areas in your life are you needing spiritual growth? 

Prayer: 

Lord, I thank you that I am being conformed in your image. Daily, I am receiving the fullness of your Word and it is causing me to become mature in every area.  Show me today where and how I can grow in my spiritual walk and how I can help someone else grow in theirs!

Amen.
