Choose to speak life! Proverbs 18:21 says life and death is in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof! You have what it takes on the inside of you to see your current situation change. It doesn’t matter the circumstance, problem, or dilemma. You shall live! 

Your words do have power! There is so much life in you! It may not feel like it but it’s the truth even if you feel like it’s not. Life can be so hard that it’s going to take the ounce of strength that you have left to speak life into whatever the situation is. Don’t let it mute your voice. 

There’s a story of a centurion man in Mathew 8:5-13 who approached Jesus because he had a servant who was paralyzed at his home. Jesus makes a move to go to the centurion’s house to heal the paralyzed servant, but the centurion stops him and urges Jesus to only speak a word in the location where he was, and the servant would be healed. Talk about faith! The centurion not only had faith in Jesus to lay on his hands but to speak a word that was able to transcend their current location to the location of the need. 

If we are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, then that means we, too, have the same ability to speak and things happen because God is on our side! Take the time out today to speak life over your body, soul, and spirit! SPEAK LIFE!

Father God, I thank You for life, health, and strength. I thank You for breathing life into me which gives me the power to speak life into myself and others. Amen
