Instilling Core ValuesSample

Instilling Core Values | Overview
Numerous research projects reveal that the most prosperous organizations are those that are values-driven rather than rules-driven. Many organizations go through the exercise of developing values only to have employees ignore them.
This negates the impact your values can have on your organization. Communicating and embracing your values to your staff is like a parent instilling their values in their children.
Fortunately, God gave us some guidance in Deuteronomy 6 when He communicated His commands to the Israelites. In Deuteronomy 6:6 we read, “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.”
God continued in Deuteronomy 6 with three specific actions for the Israelites to take to instill values in their children. In this series, we will examine those three actions and apply them to business.
