Clothed in Grace: You Are LovedSample

FOR WHEN WE NEED TO FORGIVE
For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
Matthew 6:14-15
Heavenly Father,
I pray for forgiveness. Why is it so hard to forgive others when we’ve been sinned against? But you make it clear in your word that we are to forgive as you forgave us. Forgiveness doesn’t mean that a relationship has to be renewed. Sometimes it’s best to forgive and part ways. But forgiveness is for our sake, not for the sake of our offender. Forgiveness gives us freedom. I pray that my sisters can show grace and forgiveness like you showed us. Thank you, God for washing us clean and making us whole. May we live by your example.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen
YOU GO, GIRL
Do you struggle with forgiveness? I certainly do. Make a list of those you need to forgive. Write down their names and the grievances you have against them. This is not for them, it is for your freedom!
