Finding Great FriendsSample

Perhaps this book took a turn you weren’t expecting. Truthfully, dealing with other people has far less to do with changing them than it does with changing yourself, how you react to and treat other people.
Don’t worry quite so much about those difficult ones who are entitled or snippy or just downright mean. Focus instead on who God wants you to become and pray for eyes to see those who seek the same.
Be someone’s David and someone else’s Jonathan, a person who loves God and His purposes more than the circumstances around you. Seek out and learn from an Elijah, and purposely train an Elisha. Ask God for a friend like Ruth where the miles we travel on this earth don’t matter quite so much.
About this Plan

People can be one of the biggest stressors in our life. How can you find friends worth knowing? God placed people of great value around you, those who strive to love Him and who want to love and encourage you. Instead of resigning yourself to loneliness, learn who to avoid and what to look for in quality friends.
