We can have faith for beauty and joy and a spirit of praise.
In the midst of a world in chaos and despair, nation against nation, natural disasters, pandemics, and so many questions left unanswered all around us, it can be challenging to lift our voices in praise. It can be strange to celebrate anything because of the turmoil see others experiencing. We can feel faint, but we can experience His joy when His Spirit is present. What God promised for Israel can be experienced in us today. We can experience the garment of praise when faced with heaviness. Mourning? Aggression? Fear? We can have faith for beauty, joy, and a spirit of praise. Let us never let go of faith, hope, and love.
