Who Is JesusSample

One thing Jesus didn’t promise us is an easy life. As this verse reminds us, we will face troubles in this world. But the good news? Jesus has already overcome them all! And when we commit His words to memory—as in verses like today’s — we’ll be encouraged by the truth of them when we face troubles and sorrows in our lives.
Start working on memorizing this verse by writing it down this week. Then, place it somewhere you’ll see it often so when you do, you’ll not only have the chance to commit more of it to memory, you’ll also be encouraged by its truth!
