Love God Greatly - You Are ForgivenSample

SOAP – Ephesians 2:1-2
A person without God is a very scary creature. Without Christ, we are rebellious, disobedient, self-serving, self-seeking, dead and hopeless - drowning in our sins. Apart from God, we will worship anything and anyone. However, Jesus Christ is the one and only way to be reconciled with God. A heart that is hardened to the reality of sin will likely reject the divine and holy forgiveness freely available to cleanse it. But with Christ, all things are made new. Because of Him, we have new hope.
In what areas of your life are you feeling hopeless and alone? Open your heart to the presence of God and seek Him fervently. We can’t experience true hope in this fallen world unless we know the God who provides hope freely through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Father God, I thank You for freely providing the life, light, and hope that rests in You. Whenever I find myself in a circumstance that seems hopeless, remind me to lift my eyes towards You. Remind me that Your mercy, Your love, and Your grace are always freely available in an endless supply and will never fail. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
