Faithful In The Little Things

DAY 3 OF 3

Though Your Beginning Was Small.

“Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.” Job‬ ‭8:7‬ ‭KJV

Choose to be faithful. The little things matter. Though your beginning was small, your latter shall be greater. Job‬ ‭8:7‬ ‭NIV‬‬ declares, “Your beginnings will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be.”

Don’t despise small beginnings. Zechariah‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel…” Despise not humble beginnings. Choose to humble yourself. Choose to be consistent. Choose to be diligent. Choose to start. Don’t let perfection paralyze your start.

Though your humble beginning may seem small—choose to start. Choose to be diligent. Proverbs‬ ‭10:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.” Stay diligent. Stay consistent. Stay humble. For the hand of the diligent shall bear rule.

The New Living Translation expounds upon Proverbs‬ ‭12:24‬ ‭NLT in the following manner, “Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and become a slave.” ‬‬Stay diligent. Work hard and become a leader. Choose to be faithful in the little things. Serve others and honor God.
