Adulting 101: 5 Tips to SuccessSample

3. Brush Your Teeth...
And floss daily. (Does anyone really do that?) A person once said that if she could say one thing to young people, it would be to remind them to floss daily. I won’t go that far, but there is something about taking care of the body God has given you.
Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Keep it clean, spiritually and physically, remembering that you are not your own. What you do counts.
You have a chance to be a light for God in the earth or to choose to live your own way. It takes discipline to brush and floss your teeth daily. It takes discipline and a view to the eternal to keep your body for God’s use only.
Start seeing with spiritual eyes and take care of what God has given you.
“Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” I Corinthians 6:18-20 NIV
