Under the Microscope: Taking a Closer Look at God's Creation.Sample

Take a breath in and out. Now another. And another. Seems simple, right? We all need air to fill our lungs to live! Now, read this verse: “…“then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living person.” Genesis 2:7 . Pause on the words "living person." We know that we need air for life, but we have so much more than that inside of us! God breathed life into us so that we could live for God by following the example of Jesus. And I don’t know about you, but I think that’s pretty amazing!
As you go through your day today, stop each time you notice your breath. Thank God for breathing life into your lungs. Pray that the Holy Spirit that lives inside of you would work in you this week, so you can show others more of God.
