Discovering our purpose is a super odd concept. Like, what were you placed on this earth to do? What a loaded question! If we're unsure of what our purpose is, it can influence our ability to trust ourselves. It can even discourage us and our sense of identity.
When we are discouraged and doubting ourselves, we can look to the Bible and find out that we matter and have a purpose. From today's verses, we can know God created us out of love to love others. The person who understood this and lived this perfectly was Jesus. He shared the good news, comforted those going through a tough time, and healed people from sickness — all to show everyone love. This is exactly what we can do as well and, in fact, meant to do! Showing this same kind of love to everyone we meet.
Jesus has uniquely designed you to carry out an assignment specifically for you. What characteristics do you have that can help you do what God has called you to do?
