An Invitation

Have you ever wanted more? You might struggle to define what that ‘more’ is exactly, yet you know deep inside there is more in this life. The good news is that God has more for every single one of us! In fact there is only ‘more’, for there is no lack in Him.

Recently a friend gave us a picture that we want to share with you; we believe it is a picture for us as a Church as we enter this season. In this picture God was extending His hand and inviting us to a beautiful table set with fresh supply, new provision and rare wisdom and joy for us to discover. The table was ready and waiting. Who wouldn’t want to come to this table? Yet the invitation didn’t stop there, it came with further instructions. To enjoy this table we had to first accept the invitation, we had to intentionally sit and most importantly we had to choose to spend time at this table to discover the more God had for us.

We believe this same invitation is available for each and every one of us today. We are so grateful for all God has done for us, but we believe He has so much more in store. More of God to discover, more of His manifest presence, more of His mighty power and more that He wants to reveal and demonstrate in our lives. He wants us to experience more of Himself.

Will you accept the invitation that He has for you, to sit with Him at this table? Dwell on this image today and ask the Holy Spirit to prepare your heart.
