He Chose You
Have you ever struggled with feelings of rejection? Maybe you have always thought you aren’t good enough or that other people are better than you. Others in your life might have possibly said these things to you to make you feel inferior and unwanted. But do not be discouraged, the Word of God brings exciting news!
The meaning of ‘predestined’ is to determine (an outcome or course of events) in advance by divine will or fate. This means that before anything, God crafted a perfect plan, a course of events just for you. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” This plan works in conformity or in accordance with the purpose of His will, in order that our lives will bring Him praise. I’m sure there have been moments in your life when you can’t seem to understand why things won’t work out and why God won’t come in and fix your problems. But remind yourself that He is looking at the bigger picture. These problems might not make sense now, but years from now, you will begin to see God’s perfect plan fall into place.
Through your life, God has chosen you to bring Him praise. So, whether you are in a position of power or not, whether people say that you are good enough or not, do not belittle your current situation. God has predestined it!
Prayer
Father, thank You for choosing me. I believe that You have a perfect plan for my life, a plan that is meant to bring You praise. Amen.

About this Plan
It is our prayer that it will reveal to those who don’t know Jesus Christ, that there is a Creator and Maker of this universe, the only loving and powerful God who longs for a personal relationship with every human being. We pray that these daily readings will remind us all of the great hope and abundant joy in knowing Jesus Christ, through whom we have eternal life!
