100 Days of Prayer for Women: What to Pray During Your Busiest Days by Carolyn LarsenSample
Father,
I praise you. I praise you for blue skies. I praise you for gray skies. I praise you for the green grass and colorful flowers. I praise you for bare trees and dirty snow mounds. I praise you for oceans, lakes, and rivers. I praise you for mountains, deserts, and prairies. I praise you for husbands and children. I praise you for life itself. I praise you for beautiful music. I praise you for silence. I praise you for new life. I praise you for life ended. I praise you for sin forgiven. I praise you for obedience commanded. I praise you for joy-filled, happy days. I praise you for heart-wrenching days of sadness. I praise you for holiday tables mounded with delicious food. I praise you for humble one-dish meals. I praise you for laughter. I praise you for tears. I praise you for seeing my heart—the good and bad of it. I praise you for all things because all things come from you. I praise you for your moment-by-moment presence. I praise you for your constant, steady, forgiving, grace-filled love that never lets me go.
I praise you, Father, for all you are and all you so generously give!

About this Plan
You live a busy life, juggling work, family, chores, and more. Challenges like difficult relationships, health concerns, deferred dreams, and loss come into this busy life. And also blessings, like a new job, a new baby, new friends, and new hobbies. All of these are things you can pray about. But maybe you're not sure how. Spend the next seven days learning to express yearning, praise, lament, and gratitude to God in the precious few extra minutes you have.
