Fluent: Part 5Sample

You recently completed the first five books of the Bible, the Torah. Before you get too far into the book of Joshua, we invite you to take a moment to review patterns written in the Torah and see how they repeat in the book of Joshua and all throughout the Bible. Design patterns are one of the key ways the biblical authors unify the storyline of the Bible. Individual stories across the Old and New Testaments have been coordinated through repeated words and parallel themes. These patterns highlight core themes of the biblical story to show how it all leads to Jesus.
About this Plan

To be fluent, one must be immersed in whatever is being learned. This plan is designed to help move your understanding of the Bible from creedal affirmation to a place of true fluency in the Scriptures so that you can be equipped to live out the transforming Kingdom truths laid out in God’s Word. This is part 5 of a 19-part plan that goes through the whole Bible. Thanks to Bible Project for the use of their video content.
