Pray
Pray that you can find things to be happy about today – pray that you can see things the way that God sees them. Even in the midst of a crazy season, look for the things that God is doing behind the scenes and pray that you can see them.
Practice
Find someone in your life that is celebrating something and get them a small gift: Some flowers, a small gift card – something to celebrate their happiness.
